I can't complete identity verification

Make sure you are in a well-lit area, frame the whole document without glare, and use a valid document (identity card, driving licence or passport). If the check fails more than once, write to us and attach a description of the error you see. We will help you complete it manually.

I received an item that is different from the description

Open a report in the app within the deadline shown in your order, and attach clear photos. Payment stays on hold with the provider until the dispute is resolved.

My deposit hasn't been returned

The deposit is automatically released after the return is confirmed and after the verification period ends. The actual credit may take a few business days, depending on your bank. If you don't see anything after five business days, write to us with your order number.

How much does it cost to use Lendmates?

Downloading the app, signing up and posting listings is free. For every completed transaction, we apply a service fee, always shown before you confirm the order.

I want to delete my account

When does the app launch?

Public launch is planned for Autumn 2026, starting in Milan. Download links will appear on the home page as soon as the app is published in the stores.
